This room is our largest and has 2 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. It has a dresser, free standing closet, and a private work station. Perfect for the whole family or friends traveling together. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if this one doesn't meet your needs. Not far from Rt. 81 and centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca. The space has a warm homey atmosphere in a quiet community. We are continually working on updates to make things more comfortable for our guests. Snacks, water and portable breakfast items will be available. Aside from the private rooms, and shared bathroom, there is a cozy common room with a small table and chair set, love seat, microwave, mini refrigerator, Roku tv, and coffee maker guests can share I am available any time via text or phone. Your privacy is respected We are fairly close to both ramps of Route 81. Our home is located near the walking path around Dorchester Park. Fishing and swimming are available a short drive away. There are multiple gas stations, stores, diners, restaurants, and fast food all available close by. The local laundromat is about a mile and a half. Some stores and points of interest are within walking distance but a vehicle is highly recommended. Guest parking is on the premises. We have multiple cats but since the guest floor is completely separate from the main house guests shouldn't be in contact with them.
