Guest access The building is located in Playa Salguero 15 min from the airport, 5 min from the Rodadero and 20 min from the City of Santa Marta. We are 10 minutes from the spectacular beaches of Cabo Tortuga and 12 min from the beautiful beaches of Bello Horizonte and the Zazue Mall The set features four apartment towers with modern elevators and wonderful common areas for the enjoyment of the whole family such as swimming pools, jacuzzis, BBQ, gym, soccer field, golf, table tennis, private access to the beach, with tents, kiosks, bathroom and beach bar. 24-hour private surveillance, no time limit access Entry with card 1 electronic only. The apartment has a private parking space at no additional cost for the service of our guests. Finally, it is important to clarify that Santa Marta has a spectacular warm climate and without much humidity, it is characterized by its strong breezes that make the climate very cool, in December, January and February the breezes intensify and generate a lot of noise at night, but this is a peculiarity of the region that can be new or even uncomfortable for guests. The access to the common areas has set times that you can consult at the reception of the building. On Mondays and Tuesdays, or after holidays Tuesday and Wednesday, they maintain the pools of the ensemble, usually on Mondays at Torre 3 and Tuesday at Torre 1. Maintenance is scheduled by the building management according to need The building has restaurants and mini markets on the first floor. The set allows us to enjoy the celebration of the Catholic Eucharist every Sunday at 11 am on the 3rd floor of Tower 1. At the time of delivery of the apartment, you will need to review the inventory with the administrator and leave a record of the state.
