NLC home away from home-1 mile to campus (room 1)

More than 30 day rental. Private room in a clean, quiet & cozy home. You will feel so welcome and like this is your home while you attend school or work. Only 1.2 miles to NLC so you can come and go for lunch/ break easily. Spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook. Shared clean bathroom. Big laundry room. Large yard w/ bbq. I’m a world traveler and live in the 3 bd home half the year and rent the other 2 rooms separately; mostly to NLC students. Sometimes I rent all 3 while abroad. The space Cozy room with a comfortable queen bed, desk, TV, mini fridge, door lock with key. Guest access All common areas including kitchen, dining area, living room, shared bathroom, laundry room in back addition, outside bbq & patio. I like for guests to make yourselves at home no matter how long or short your stay is. During your stay I live in the home half of the year. I’m pretty friendly and easy going. I always welcome questions, suggestions or a little chit chat. I also respect your privacy and understand that you might be busy and/ or tired so it’s up to you.
