There is another round table in the front room that seats 8 guests and is the perfect place for games and puzzles. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter and an outdoor dining table on the porch that can seat 8 guests. This home also features a unique 16-foot sliding glass door that fully slides into the wall and makes easy access to the screened-in porch. The large sectional in the living room features all electronically reclining seats. For your convenience, this home also has a pack & play (fold-up crib) and a high chair for families traveling with small children. Other things to note 1. An additional guest screening form may be required. 2. Any groups larger than 12 will be billed an additional $11 per guest per night (2 yrs old and under do not count towards this). If there are more guests than mentioned, an additional fee will apply. 3. Please keep max guest count to the number you have provided to us or a fine will be given. 4. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the respect of our neighbors is appreciated. No parties, please. 5. All unrelated guests must have one or more person(s) in their party over 30 that will be in residence at the property. 6. No garage parking access. Pool table and ping pong table are located in the garage. 7. No smoking. The front and back yard is turf. Throwing cigarette butts will burn the turf. Fines will be imposed for damage to the turf. 8. 14-day rentals or longer require a $1,000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. 9. We are sorry to say that we are UNABLE to ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this property due to the Owner's SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided. 10. The White Mountains are a beautiful place to get away from it all. Native wildlife and insects also call the White Mountains home. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows without screens. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival. 11.
