We are so excited to host you in Southpark! Southpark is a Seattle proper neighborhood conveniently located just 15min from downtown, west Seattle and the airport. Our neighborhood is an easy walk to a small strip of bars and restaurants. We are positioned on a dead end street so it stays quiet and friendly. The unit is in our daylight ground floor apartment. It has been designed to provide all the comforts of home with a high end modern touch. Perfect place to lay your head for work or play! This unit is 660 sq ft and is located on the ground floor of our home in a daylight apartment. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, patio, frame smart TV and a stocked to cook kitchen with small cooktop and instapot. Guests enter via a key through the sliding patio door. They only have access to the daylight apartment not the rest of the house. Free street parking is available in the front of the house. My husband, I and our dog live on the premises. We follow the guest lead on how much interaction they would like. We respond quickly via the Airbnb message portal. We are located in a Seattle neighborhood called Southpark. Our neighborhood has a rich history and is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from both downtown and West Seattle. Take an easy 10 minute walk to the Southpark restaurant and bar strip featuring gems, such as, Loretta's (dive pub with legendary burgers) and Left Bank (best organic wine bar in the city). Plus we are just a 5 min drive away from all the restaurants and breweries Georgetown has to offer. We also have a park located directly behind us with fields, playground and basketball/tennis courts! We are located on a dead end street so it stays quiet and friendly. Free street parking is usually available in front of the house. There is a playground located directly behind the house. My husband and I live upstairs with our dog. If excessive washing and drying is done we will charge accordingly. i.e. (you do more loads than nights spent)
