Welcome to the Boho Bungalow, a studio guest suite with a kitchennette and private entrance, located 15 minutes from Red Rocks, 10 minutes from downtown Denver, 5 minutes from I-70 (mountain access). Equipped with a queen-size memory foam mattress, small love seat, kitchenette with two burner electric stove, bathroom + cooking amenities, workspace, private outdoor table and chairs, flatscreen TV, ROKU and high speed internet, this clean, perfect studio is your home away from home. The space Inside this single room studio you'll find a queen memory foam mattress, fully stocked kitchenette with pots, pans, electric stove, Keurig, French press, microwave, utensils, basic cooking amenities like spices, and fridge stocked with condiments and sauces. Coffee and tea are included. A comfy love seat, dresser drawers, and lots of extra blankets and pillows. The TV has full access to Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, HBO, and more. There is a mini split with remote to control heat and ac with thermostat. The fun, unique bathroom is stocked with extra towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a very small private outdoor area that is NOT fenced, but if you're bringing furry friends please take them to Morse Park that is a five minute walk away. You do share a wall with renters next door so please keep their space and front yard to them, as well as volume to a reasonable level during quiet hours. Take your furry friends to the park or on a great walk around the neighborhood. With high speed internet and a dining table that doubles as a peaceful workspace, you will find this Bungalow a quiet, private, and lovely place to work, relax, or see the sights of Denver. Guest access Access the Bungalow through your own private entrance using personalized keypad entry, and enjoy the small outdoor table and private side yard. For pups it's best to take them to the park a five minute walk away. You will have full access to the studio guest suite and bathroom. It is an attached unit and we live next door. Other things to note We are so excited to be able to share our newly renovated Bungalow with you! We are a young couple and rescue dog who enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, and live music. The Bungalow is attached to part of our home and while the Bungalow is fully private we do share a wall that has been double insulated. While our pup is very quiet, he does dislike the amazon delivery folks which is the only time you may hear him bark. We want your stay with us to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible so if you need anything at all, please feel free to reach out, we are right next door!
