While this is an older home with vintage charm, it’s been thoughtfully updated with renovated bathrooms and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. View of river front and marsh from all bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We see beautiful sun rises and moon rises. On occasion we see dolphins, sea birds and eagles. It is a nice quiet friendly neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. It is about halfway between Beaufort and Bluffton off hwy 170. It is about 15 or 20 minutes to Paris Island. House is fully furnished including towels and sheets. What’s Provided: The home is fully furnished, including bed linens and bath towels. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. As shown in the photos, clean sheets are folded and placed on each bed, allowing you the option to use your own bedding. To help get you started, we provide: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen Please note that additional supplies are not restocked during your stay, so we encourage you to bring extras for longer visits. Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the outdoors with a private covered dock with attached floating dock, and an observation deck overlooking the water. A charcoal grill and fire pit are available for your use. However, these are not maintained by housekeeping, so guests are responsible for cleaning them after use to ensure they’re ready for the next visitors. This home offers a relaxed, river-living experience with the essentials for a memorable stay.
