This home is a peaceful sanctuary, lots of fruit trees, bees , garden etc, and a close drive to everything RVA. It's close to Richmond International Raceway, airport, downtown, Civil War battlefields, the James River, hiking and hiking trails, lewis ginter botanical gardens and much more. Historic Church hill, Scott's addition the Fan district, VCU and downtown just a minutes drive with lots of restaurants, art galleries, breweries and shopping! The neighborhood is quiet. Very low traffic. The space The living space is very cozy and warm! Guest access the whole house is for rent although the upstairs is off limits as there is no bedrooms or bathrooms up there, that is my studio space! all the amenities are downstairs -bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, side porch, washer dryer in basement! Other things to note I have a cat that lives in the house! I take the cat with me when there is a booking or contain her to the upstairs!
