This spacious and cozy 75m2 apartment is located on a residencial area of Montornés Del Vallés. It is about 20 minutes by car from Barcelona and about 10 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló. Nice quiet area for rest, but it also has all the services to enjoy a super fun vacation! You will be in a property totally independent from us, with independent access, but knowing that we will share the garden. The space Entering the property through the sliding gate you have to climb the stairs to reach the door that gives access to the apartment. It is a property that you will share with us, the owners (we live on the ground floor). However, the guest apartment has an independent entrance and does not share any room with the owners, only the garden. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - An open kitchen and living-dining area with sofa, television and dining table - 1 Bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 - 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds of 80x190 with access to a small furnished balcony - 1 Bedroom with a single bed de 80x190 - 2 full bathrooms The house is quite spacious to accommodate families or groups. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Here you will have at your disposal many services to make your stay relaxed and, at the same time, fun: - Parking for your car - Tennis court - Terrace with barbecue and outdoor eating area Strong point: the house is surrounded by greenery and this contributes to creating a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, for motor lovers, the house is about 10 minutes by car from Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló. And if you want to move to visit the beautiful Barcelona, ​​it is about 20 minutes away by car. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning and heating by means of 2 split air conditioning units with hot/cold pump in the dining room and in the corridor where the rooms are distributed. Also, you will have at your disposal a gas stove. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 200 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. The terrace is private, shared only with the owners. The travel crib is always in the house, stored above the closet. You must bring your own sheets. If you arrive by car, you will be able to park your car inside the property compound, suitable for only one normal car (a little complicated for an SUV or van). Parking on the street is open and free. In addition, there is access to a swimming pool shared with us the owners, open from 01 June to 30 September, from 09h to 21:00h. Other things to note CHECK IN You will access the property by using a key box onsite where we will leave you the keys for your arrival.
