The Coach House is family run and has been fully renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining its historic features. Located in 7 acres of private grounds of the historic Nettleton House. Consists of 2 bedrooms, space to relax inside & outside within rural surroundings and the added opportunity to enjoy the abundance of wildlife in the grounds. Close to Caistor, in the Lincolnshire Wolds, giving access to everything you need for the perfect getaway. Opportunity to Escape, Relax, unwind The space Individual kitchen area with window overlooking the fields. Separate bathroom. Downstairs open plan lounge/dining area and the master bedroom balcony overlooks the dining area of the downstairs space. Separate spacious hallway with stairs leading to 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and balcony overlooking the dining area. Second bedroom with 2 single beds accessed with 3 small steps. Wonderful views from all the downstairs areas (except bathroom) looking onto woodland/fields/garden. Guest access The Coach House is located within the grounds of Nettleton House. Both properties are within close proximity but the Coach House is very private. Other things to note The property is set within the grounds of Nettleton House and hosts also live on site. The houses are situated within close proximity of each other but guests are given complete privacy. We do have chickens and cockerels and a very rural feel within the grounds so whilst very quiet there are animals on site who do not always have a built in 'clock'. Caistor is a quiet town and our location in the Lincolnshire Wolds gives guests access to lots of wonderful walks. However please note the area is very rural, we have some walkable pubs and basic shops but no supermarkets. We are happy to discuss individual requests for guests wishing to stay with children. We are not equipped with cots/highchairs/safety clips on cupboards/stair gates at the property and the flooring downstairs is all stone flooring & there is a balcony in the main bedroom that overlooks the dining area of the downstairs space which we feel are important areas for guests to consider with young children.
