Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant. The space Open plan kitchen with modern equipment and good standards adjacent to a cozy living room. One bedroom with luxurious beds. The other with bunk beds. Beautiful patios, 2 with space for both play and fun as well as chill and relaxation. Large lawn in front of the house and a smaller, secluded one behind the house. Gazebo, for cozy spring, summer and fall evenings. Almost guaranteed visits by deer and hares. Moose stop by from time to time🙂. Guest access The house has a code lock and the code is notified before check-in. The entire upper part of the house with balconies and lawn is at your disposal. There is also a gazebo that can be used. It lacks electricity but feel free to bring some candles in the evening so it will be a cozy atmosphere. Other things to note Possibility to rent bicycles or electric bicycles, Yamaha crosscore RC. Possibility to rent an electric car, Nissan Leaf. The ground floor/basement is a separate apartment that is not included in this accommodation. It is rented separately and may be rented to another tenant at the same time. Cleaning is done by guests unless otherwise agreed. Possibility of help with cleaning for a fee. Write or call and we'll agree. Guests are responsible for bringing their own bath towels and bedding. There is a possibility to rent for SEK 150 (€15) per set. Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited. The tenant will be charged a cleaning fee (about €500).
