Private attic in Herrsching, quietly by the forest

Welcome to Lake Ammersee! Our semi-detached house is located above Herrsching, quietly on the edge of the forest. From here you can hike directly to the famous Andechs Monastery, Seefeld Castle or the beach (15 min). By S-Bahn train, you are in Munich in 50 minutes. The Bavarian mountains are a 1-hour drive away. The three of us live and work here with our cat Winnie. The space The cozy attic / 45 sqm is located on the 2nd floor and is loft-like with walk-in closet, double bed (1.40 m), seating area and private shower bath / toilet. In addition, there is a fridge, a kettle and a coffee capsule machine in the room for a small snack. The lockable attic is completely at the guest's disposal. From the dormer, you can look south over the surrounding gardens to the lake and north from the bathroom into the forest. Guest access You enter through the main entrance through the shared stairwell into the private attic. It's a private home that we live in. The kitchen is not available. In the room you can have breakfast. There is a small fridge, a kettle, a coffee capsule machine and drinks. In Herrsching, there are shops and various restaurants, beer gardens or cafes.
