Here is a small cottage on a wooded plot 300 meters from the sea with simple standard; kitchen, living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms, toilet, outdoor shower, porch with dining area, hammock and barbecue area. The style is characterized by the 50s and 60s. It has been unused for a while so maintenance is ongoing, expect flaking paint and small peculiarities. The kitchen has a new fridge/freezer, older stove and a microwave, as well as all the necessary utensils and porcelain. One bedroom has two 80 cm beds, the other a bunk bed. Radio is available, no TV or Wi-Fi. The space The plot is wild and houses some of the oldest and most powerful pines in the area. Often squirrels or rabbits hop by and several bird species look for insects in the old trunks. Last year, the electricity was replaced in the whole house and the water pipes have recently been reviewed by the area's association. Dogs, cats and small children have previously stayed in the cottage. On part of the plot, therefore, a simple fence has been set up so that these individuals can move more freely. The shower is in a separate extension next to the cabin. A 50-liter water heater delivers hot water = quick showers if several people want to shower one after the other. Through the living room, there is a balcony door to a patio with outdoor furniture, parasol and hammock. There is also a small but not new grill for those who want to use it. Other things to note There are no modern conveniences such as TV, Wi-Fi or fiber networks. However, there is fully acceptable coverage for your own mobile network. Through an old radio treasure, different radio stations can be tuned in. Anyone who wants to choose their own music is recommended to bring a portable speaker.
