Lovely house on Santa Maria Island Azores

Lovely house right in the middle of Santa Barabara, a beautiful village on Santa Maria Island. The space Our guests have excess to our house which provides an open living room, kitchen/ dining area. We have two separate bedrooms with king size beds, an open loft space with a further king size bed, one bathroom and a large terrace with an extra outside dining area. Furthermore our guests have excess to our utility room with a washing machine and dryer and to our garden. Underneath the house is a little studio. It is separated from the house with his own entrance and is not part of the rented property. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden. Other things to note Due to airbnb regulations and SEF/SIBA all guests from Portugal need to provide their NIF number and all other guests need to provide a copy of their passport prior to their stay. On this beautiful subtropical island you will find a large variety of plants and flowers as well as wildlife with birds and insects on land and fish turtles, dolphins and manta rays in the clear water around the island.
