This rustic designer one-bedroom cabin is the original attached cottage that our house grew from. Sit at the dock or on your patio to watch the spectacular sunsets. Have a coffee in the backyard and watch the sunrise over 160 acres of trails out your back door. This is your retreat with high-speed internet, full-size kitchen & dining area to enjoy cottage life. The space This Sunset Cabin getaway for two is a spacious, rustic, fully-contained one-bedroom cabin overlooking Musselman's Lake and 30 stairs up from the driveway. Your backyard has a sliding door that leads into a fenced-in dog area with a patio and BBQ, and backs onto a beautiful green area of 160 acres of trails and parkland for hiking, walking or jogging. Your dog will love it! Our 100 feet of waterfront and dock is yours to share with us, and you have access to our paddle boat, our 2 paddle boards or our canoe, with life jackets to enjoy the lake... or bring your skates or cross-country skis in the winter. You won't believe you are so close to Toronto. Have some fun in the backyard with a game of corn hole or giant Jenga, or enjoy some s'mores at the fire pit... It's cottage life close to the city. Please note, that the cabin is attached to our main house, where we live, but it is totally self-contained. You have your own front entrance with a lake view patio with a gas fire table and 2 comfortable Muskoka chairs to sit back and take in the amazing sunsets. Through your full kitchen is a sliding door to your fenced-in dog area with a patio table and umbrella, 2 chairs and a propane BBQ, and a gate to our backyard with cornhole pits, fire pit, 160 acres of trails, open field to play fetch with your dog and the most talked about part, Pete the pot belly pig's shed & yard. It's a great spot for a taste of cottage life... sometimes quiet, sometimes busy... but it always has breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. People love it.
