This is a beautiful and spacious house for you to spend an excellent stay inside the Residence Resort in Águas de Santa Bárbara. It has a spacious and grassy backyard, a nice area in front of the house to relax, pool table, barbecue, wood oven, hammock and much more. Comfortable living room with 75-inch TV, dining room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. With fast Wi-fi for those who come to do home office. Complete in utensils and furniture. The space The house has a living room with three comfortable sofas and a large 75-inch TV with SKY subscription with open and closed channels. Also large and airy kitchen, with American counter, sink, stove with oven, and charcoal grill. Microwave, blender and all household items such as glasses, cutlery, plates and pans. Pool table integrated with the kitchen in a kind of second room. -Two dining rooms with large wooden tables for meals. All rooms are also on the ground floor (the stairs give access to another room that we will not be renting). There are four large rooms, well ventilated and with great lighting (they are also dark for sleeping). The first bedroom has a double bed and has air conditioning; The second with a double bed and a single bed; The third also has a double bed and a single bed; The bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed; All comfortable and with closets to store clothes and personal objects. Portable fans in every room. Three full bathrooms are located between the bedrooms. Private pool of the house (no heating) but it is very nice on warmer days. - Wood oven; -Large backyard with lawn, fully fenced.
