Located in a Safe residential neighborhood, this is a great spot for visiting WA or needing a place to stay! This location it’s perfect for nurses travels , international students etc .we are very close to hospitals and Colleges. Ask for special accommodation if you like to stay over 20 days . The space This is a fully furnished studio with a queen bed , full bathroom with washer and dryer in unit, and a full kitchen. including sink, full refrigerator , oven and microwave.There are some foldable chairs and small table to sit outside and enjoy the summer weather, the unit also has a standing closet rack, dresser, dining table and breakfast nook. Smart TV with access to NETFLIX, DISNEY+, and HBO Max, WIFI is also provided. Unit has it's own private entrance with keys and one parking spot. Unit is located down a flight of stairs, owners/hosts live in the same house, but the studio apartment is completely separate from the house, with only one private entrance for guests. Hosts are able to be on call for emergencies 24/7 and are easily reachable by phone from 8am - 8pm. Guest access Guests would rent the entire studio and have a parking spot. Guests have full access to all appliances and supplies provided, we only ask that provisions are not removed from the unit. Other things to note Host and their family occupy the house, we are a family of 5 and have grandparents also living in the house. We have 4 small Yorkie dogs that sometimes bark at new people, but are very kind and warm up fast. We will constantly be in the house, so any questions or fixes that need to occur can be handled quickly. When host and family is away, a house sitter is available to help assist with concerns.
