You will also find a brand new washer/dryer, laundry room stocked with detergent and fabric softener for guest use, and a fenced backyard. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Guest access Guests have a private entrance on the side of the house that leads to this downstairs unit. The backyard is the common area, however both units have private entrances.
