GREAT STAYING IN A CHEF'S HOUSE

ASK FOR SHORT TERMS! Enjoy your staying in San Diego in our bohemian house. You will enjoy this 1920 historical property located in Golden Hill (Broadway/25th street). We love food and people so we host often memorable culinary experiences! We are short distance to Convention Center (25 min/2 miles walking), Downtown/Gaslamp (20 min walking), East Village (15 min/1 mile), Little Italy/Balboa Park. Bus #2 stops nearby. Uber/Lyft to downtown is just few dollars. It is a smoking free house The space This is a private room in a shared house with two shared bathrooms. You have everything you need during your staying. I live in the property and I like to share my place with international, brilliant and open-minded people! As a Chef, I host multiple culinary events in the house so you need to be good with that. You can make your own meals in our beautiful kitchen. Coffee and teas are always available. No microwave. No AC. This is a real Airbnb experience, not a hotel thing. Guest access We live in the house and you are free to enjoy the house which includes the front yard, the kitchen, living room. We have no TV and no microwave as we prefer human connections and real food. We host cooking classes, pop-up dinners and other culinary things. Our public activities are open to our Airbnb guests (you have 50% discount). During our culinary events, the access to kitchen and lounge area is limited as we need to work (usually it last 3-4 hours). Normally we finish around 10-11 PM. We don't allow drugs of any sort. We have a patio in case you like to smoke cigarettes During your stay My guests can enjoy the whole house and common spaces as much as they want. We host regularly cooking classes/food events: during this time guests have no access to the kitchen and the side door is the preferred way to get in/out from the house Other things to note We do often cooking classes and private dinners. During this time, I ask my guests don't stay around, to get in/out from the side door, don't use the kitchen. Please note we are located in Golden Hill, Broadway and 25th street.
