Spacious and cozy 2bed/1bath basement unit, with private entrance. The unit, recently renovated, has large living/dining space, wet-bar, laundry, and wifi. Within a walking distance of shops, local favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and music bars. Walk or a short drive to central/southern Boulder trailheads (Shanahan Ridge, NCAR, Tablemesa, Chautauqua) and minutes away from Boulder bike paths. 5-minute bus ride to downtown Boulder. Come explore all that Boulder has to offer at your footsteps! The space This is the basement unit of a two story house. Recently renovated + central location. The unit has multiple bright and large window wells, providing plenty of natural light. The unit offers a large living + dining space. There is a dry-bar next to the dining table equipped with a mini-fridge, Nespresso and french press coffee makers, hot water kettle, dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom in the unit. The access to the bathroom is through one of the rooms. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer inside the unit. Our house is a dog-friendly property and we accept pets in our unit. We have a very friendly Siberian Husky, named Milou. You might encounter her roaming around the backyard when you enter the property or when you enjoy the yard. She might come close to say hi and greet you. Please let us know if you are not comfortable and we will keep her in the house. Guest access The entrance to the unit is through the fence gate on the southern facing side of the house. Upon entering the yard, you will notice a yellow door entering your unit on the right. The keys are in a digital lockbox by the door. You will receive your customized lockbox code after completing the booking. Other things to note We have a very friendly Siberian Husky dog, named Milou.
