Neighborhood is conveniently located just off of 302 with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, Naples Causway. Minutes from Point Sebago resort, as well as a top 20 ranked New England golf course a number 1 ranked Southern Maine golf course. Nearby wedding venues: 1.5 miles to Migis Lodge, 5 miles to Autumn Lane estate, and 6.5 miles to Rockcraft Lodge. Sebago Lake state park beach is 1.5 miles away. to get to the beach or dock you’ll need to travel by foot. There is no parking allowed at the beach or at the dock but folks or kayaks can be dropped off. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to use the boat slip. Timing of dock putting in/out varies year to year. Please inquire before if booking with a boat. 2023 dock was in as of 4/14/23. One dog allowed with prior permission and payment of pet fee.
