Located in Murrieta valley close to wineries. Sleeps 1-10 adults in a total of 3 bedrooms, Living room Family room. Master bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has to single beds and in the living room the sectional sofa turns into a queen bed and additional sofa bed in to full bed. Nice bathtub looking out to the mountains from the master bedroom makes great place to relax. And there are 2 toilets too for the ease and privacy of all the guests being able to get ready quickly and all together for those special occasions and for just enjoying and relaxing on your trip. for enjoying those meals, local wines and just chilling with family and friends making memories! Gather together in the two entertainment areas and the large outdoor seating patio area, all nicely set up for that outdoor California dining and relaxation in the beautiful warm days and evenings. Also equipped with games and entertainment gadgets to play together including, pool table, poker table and chips, board games, Cable TV for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing evening on the flat screen T.V.’s, etc. Centrally located and near Temecula wine country (within 15-20 minutes to the one end of the wineries), close to shopping, dining, mall, Pechanga resort and casino, spas and massage parlors, famous Temecula old town, etc. Easy access in and out of the area through short distance to freeways 15 and 215. You can get to beaches in Oceanside / San Diego, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Los Angeles, Big Bear, Hollywood and Beverly Hills within 45 minutes to 2 hours. FYI We have a tiny house on the same property and is away from the house, We rent the tiny house separate and can be combined for bigger group and can sleep Two adults comfortable with private romantic tropical setting. Please do not interrupt guests in tiny house, Tiny house rented separately!! Other things to note This is a country house, and their may be occasional sightings of coyote or other small wild animals.
