A newly refurbished character beach house focused on comfort available to rent, 200m to the beach and a one minute walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. The beach house has been finished to a high specification with Air-con, high-speed fibre optic WIFI, walk in showers as well as a large South West facing terrasse - perfect for an evening BBQ. The space Our authentic beach home has been refurbished with local sustainable materials and was created to sleep a family of four or up to two couples. It has generous proportions and original features throughout giving a light airy feel. There is a generous double bedroom with a with an en suite shower room. The other double bedroom has two 90cm single beds and a shower and sink to wash the salty water off after a long day at the beach! The large lounge/dining area is open plan and has patio doors leading to the terrasse and garden. Comforts include a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, a Samsung Frame Smart HD tv, ultra fast fibre optic internet with WIFI, bluetooth speaker and a selection games. Locally sourced white cedar has been used for kitchen surfaces and shelves - they look and smell amazing! Hansgrohe fittings throughout. The garden has a large terrasse with a lounge / dining area and bbq. We also have a pine tree and views of large Cedar trees. There are two sun loungers to relax on and listen to the sea. At the back of the garden is a shed for bikes and surfboards. There is free parking opposite the house and not on the property.   Some fun ideas at the beach; Take a family surf lesson, you’ll be shredding waves at the end of your stay! Rent beach cruiser bikes and see where the forest paths take you Stroll round the summer markets and enjoy the local produce with a picnic on the beach at sunset after another epic day. Finish with a cocktail at ‘A Noste’ beach bar amidst the dunes Play ‘Disc Golf’ amongst the Pine trees - great family fun
