Woodland Yurt with swimming pool

Sleep under the stars in our wonderful rustic yurt. A truly sacred space with a log burner and space for 2 people. Nestled among the trees at The Apple Barn but within sight of the shared swimming pool. The outdoor shower, compost loo and gazebo are shared with those staying in the shepherds hut. There is ample space for sitting outside with hammocks and seating areas to explore. The space You will be staying in a spacious yurt. No shoes are allowed in this very sacred space and we ask that you have some knowledge of using a log burner. You have a large double futon bed, a small table and cushions and much space for chilling (including yoga mats and bolsters). Within a large garden with hammocks and a swimming pool. The yurt has a log burner and to maximize warmth in the space we recommend you light the burner before going to sleep and then stoke it again when you wake up. We provide water, a kettle and some crockery. Guest access You will be welcomed into the front drive to park your car. Please phone when you are nearby. We have dogs who will be put inside and the front gate opened for you. Please make sure all gates are left closed at all times. No shoes are to be worn inside the yurt but there is plenty of space to leave shoes/boots at the door. The shower and compost loo are within 50m and are shared with those staying in the shepherds hut. Other things to note Perfect as a retreat space, with a lovely log burner, yoga mats and bolsters. For yoga and meditation practice or just a lovely night's sleep under the stars. Please note that the pool is not for hire, it is a family facility which we are happy to share when couples/family book the yurt.
