Exclusive apartment with panoramic views, centrally located

The apartment is bright, pleasant and modern – with everything on one floor, two bedrooms, and a total of up to 4 beds. You have beautiful views of mountains and fjords with great hiking trails in the immediate area that stretch in all directions. A little kilometer away you have the center of Ulsteinvik which is centrally connected to many famous attractions such as Sunnmørsalpene, Runde, Flø, Ålesund, Geiranger and many more! The space The apartment itself is 73 sqm and is part of a semi-detached house, it is airy with its 3.8m at the highest under the roof. Bedroom 1: Cozy and comfortable, furnished with a double bed (160x200cm) and storage space in a sliding door cabinet. Light-proof curtains that give the hotel feeling. Bedroom 2: Bright and simply furnished with a good air mattress (150 cm), blackout curtain. Living room and kitchen: Here it is airy with windows for panoramic views! Enjoy breakfast or dinner at the round dining table that seats 6 people, or relax on the spacious sofa with a good movie on Samsung The Frame 65” smart TV with what you need of internet, NETFLIX, etc. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and what you would otherwise need to make a nice meal. Outdoor area: From the living room you have access to a large veranda with good sun conditions. Pillows are in the closet in the hallway if needed. Bathroom: Sink, mirror with light, good cabinet and bench space. Toilet and bidet, as well as shower cabin. The bathroom has heating cables. The exhaust is connected to the kitchen fan, so you have to turn it on when using the shower etc. Laundry room: Here there is plenty of storage space and a combi washing machine and dryer that is available for use. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay. Parking is in front of the apartment on asphalted ground closest to the road, here there is plenty of space. See pictures under "Garage". Please do not park in front of the entrance to the apartment, out of consideration for the neighbors. Should you need to charge a car during your stay, please let us know or specify it during booking. Other things to note During your stay, coffee, tea, and the little extra you need for cooking are available. Hand soap, paper towels, towels and bed linen are also included in the price.
