Built in 2021, this apartment is on the lower level of our custom built home. It also has a fully equipped gym. Pet friendly, No smoking, No parties. We have three acres in a country setting, yet are 10 minutes from town. Beautiful view of mountains and lovely sunsets. Quiet, peaceful and secluded. Very safe neighborhood of a few newly built homes. Parking is in the rear of the home on the lower level with a separate entrance (on the right). There is plenty of room to accommodate trailers. Very private, safe and secluded area. A list is posted in the apartment, with phone numbers and other means of communication with hosts. We live on the two upper levels above the apartment, so our response time is usually minutes! Our mailbox post is wooden, with several red reflectors.
