A rotating schedule of water interruption is implemented but sometimes the schedule is not being followed. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access 🏠 Entire Unit Other things to note 1. We don’t allow visitors due to some considerations. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation. Our listing rate posted is for maximum of 4 guests only (additional 1 guest allowed to sleep with a fee). Please keep in mind that adding an extra guest will limit the walking space, so we appreciate your understanding. 2. We do not impose CURFEW HOURS, however please be considerate with your neighbors when you enter the property during wee hours. 3. Lost Unit’s bunch of keys is subject to a charge of Php 1,500.00. This is to cover cost for the purchase of new main door lock unit & its installation fee plus key duplication charges of the unit’s other door keys. 4. Please take extra care after consuming drinks in a breakable bottles, set aside visibly, these are both for our safety and the property. 5. Gated Parking Area is available, however it can only fit for vehicles like sedan and mini SUV; for larger size type vehicles it can be safely parked outside the property. 6. FREE street parking just outside the property. To ensure safety of your valuables and personal belongings, please do not leave it inside your vehicle as the unit owner shall not be held liable for any loss. 7. We can assure you that our property is safe. Gated and all windows are with grills. We are also surrounded by other residences. We have a quiet neighborhood. For extra safety and security kindly lock the main gate at all times and don’t forget to lock the main door everytime you leave the property. Leaving any valuables at the property is at your own risk, so we encourage to bring all your valuables everytime you leave the property, as the owner will not be held liable for any loss. 8. We appreciate “Clean As You Go”. 9. Ensure that all water faucet is immediately turned back off when the back-up water tank already run-out of supply. This is to avoid wastage when the water supply returns and nobody is in the property to turn the faucet off. 10. Kindly TURN-OFF all electrical appliances/gadgets everytime you leave the unit. Unplug them from its outlet/socket (except for the AC unit, refrigerator and Shower Water Heater). 11. Please be aware that black ants may occasionally appear in the unit's walls or ceiling, particularly during or after heavy rainfall, this is due to the neighboring fruit tree where the branches extend onto our roof. This is a rare occurrence, but we've noted it as a possibility. We have reached out to the owner but unfortunately the owner has chosen not to cut the tree but only made some leaves trimmings. 12. You may refer to our GUIDEBOOK for any emergency contact numbers. Various recommendations also like places to visit and where to dine are mentioned. 13. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we have a NO PETS POLICY inside the unit. This helps prevent any potential damage and ensures a smooth transition for our incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding. 14. Any internet issues that may arise shall be addressed by our Internet Service Provider. Lead time for repair shall depend on the schedule they shall provide. Kindly bear for any possible occurrence. 15. Just a heads up, there might be occasional power interruptions in our area due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues with the grid. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, and we don't have a backup generator. We recommend keeping your devices charged and being prepared for such instances.
