Child-friendly detached house with garden

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence and at the same time have a short distance to Oslo city center. The house is fully equipped with most things you can think of. It is also child-friendly and has toys and a separate playhouse and sandbox for the children in the garden. On the 1st floor there is an entrance, laundry room and gym with treadmill and some weights. On the 2nd floor there is a living room, dining area and kitchen. Exit to garden and ground terrace with gas grill. On the 3rd floor are all bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest access There is access to the whole house and the whole garden. There is a tenant who lives in a separate apartment that is physically closed off from the rest of the house. This apartment is on the 1st floor where the hallway, laundry room and gym are. You rarely hear or see him, very quiet and pleasant.
