Since it is a shared apartment with two other rooms, both of which have been occupied for over a week, we cannot guarantee that your room environment is 100% quiet when other residents use the kitchen. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that the bathroom will be in perfect clean condition every morning, although we do clean regularly. Our price is for guests with a minimum rental period of two days. The room price per day varies depending on the season and occupancy, usually between 22 and 39 euros. Final cleaning costs between 15 and 25 euros. The longer you stay, the cheaper the average price will be. For stays longer than 7 days or a month, we offer additional discounts. The former tenant of Room 31, who lived with us with 2 cats, has not used the accommodation for a long time. Due to repeated serious violations of our house rules - in particular the devastation and hygienically unacceptable contamination of the apartment as well as the constant harassment of other guests - we were forced to terminate the lease in due time. Fortunately, the problems were limited to room 31; all other apartments remained unaffected. New regulations since renovation: 1. Pets are strictly prohibited in all our accommodations 2. We reserve the right to immediately exclude guests with unhygienic living habits from the rental We are very sorry that despite extensive modernization measures (three months of renovation work with large investment costs), outdated negative reviews from this pre-lease period can still be found in review portals.
