4-star cottage & spa at Domaine du Moulin Neuf

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends. The space The ground floor opens onto an entrance leading to a WC-washbasin area, a kitchen open to a dining area and a spacious and bright living room with hi-fi equipment, games, a small library, comfortable seats, the large French window opens onto the terrace and its dining area overlooking the river. The floor has two bedrooms: the largest (23m² or 247.6 sq ft) has a queen size bed (separable into two single beds), a meridian bed can be used as an extra bed for a child. The second bedroom has two beds that can form a king size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. All linen (sheets, towels, bathrobes) is provided. The landing offers a workspace consisting of a small desk and an internet connection. The SPA wellness area (large 7-seater professional spa measuring 2m40 x 2m40 or 8 ft x 8 ft) is adjacent to the accommodation under the orchid greenhouse and privatized for your use during your stay. Guest access The entire cottage and the gardens (6000 m2) are available to guests, the estate being a 4ha reserve for biodiversity. Other things to note Outdoor games available: table tennis, badminton, bocce balls. road bikes with basket, luggage rack, safety equipments (helmet, fluorescent vest) and repair kit. For travelers coming by train, we can provide a shuttle to the station.
