Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of this 1032 square foot home with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with cable TV and comfortable deep seating sofa, washer and dryer, master bedroom decorated with original art by local mural artist Samuel Hale (keep an eye out for his many works gracing downtown Bentonville and Rogers), three bedrooms all with cable tv, a back deck with a four piece conversation set, front porch, a 10x10 secure bike storage shed, and two full baths. Open floorplan indoors and lots of outdoor space makes it a great place to entertain. Other things to note Construction on 8th Street is finished, and we have beautiful new sidewalks and street lights. 8th Street Market is less than a half mile away. It is a community focused food hub with a micro brewery. Next door to 8th Street Market is The Momentary, a new contemporary art space. The Momentary brings today’s visual, performing, and culinary arts into a creative, communal space where everyone is welcome. General admission is free. You can jump on the Razorback Greenway at the 8th Street Market and bike north two miles north to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. General admission is free. Farmers Market is on the Square Saturdays 7:30 am to 1:00 pm spring to fall. Picking in the park is on the square every Friday evening as weather permits. First Friday is the first Friday of every month on the square spring to fall. Every Saturday night through the summer there is a concert in the forest at Crystal Bridges. They have a food truck and wine and beer.
