The space Easily accessible and located inside Suncity Estate Abuja, which is one of the most serene neighbourhood of the Capital City of Nigeria within a proximity drive of about 15 – 25 minutes from the City Centre and Airport respectively. The Lounge A world class open plan design, spacious and comfortable seating area with high end furnishing overseeing a 55" flat screen smart television and a functionally dimensioned kitchen and dining area. The ambience around here is homely and welcoming. There is an efficient air conditioning unit and guest toilet. Bedrooms: The rooms are fitted with a King size beds having a full cladded head board. Each room has a work station, closet, air conditioning unit and a smart television set. Bathrooms: Contemporarily finished with a blend of black fittings on white tiles exuding class and beauty. Sanitary wares include sink, toilet, hand shower, and a high-pressure stand up shower with running hot water. The Kitchen: Well equipped, with gas cooker, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Minimal cooking spices and tea items are provided to guest free of charge. Our guests enjoy free parking within the gated driveway (it conveniently parks 6 cars). There is a play area for unparalleled relaxation and fun. Guests have exclusive access to the well kitted Gym, Table Tennis, snooker board, TV Game. Guest access Guests have access to all facilities in the Apartment. Other things to note Cigarette and weed Smoking not allowed inside the Apartment. There is a designated smoking area outside in the compound. • Pets are not allowed. • There is a functional electric fence around the perimeter of the apartment. • There are CCTV Cameras covering the outdoor spaces of the facility. . Guests are required to send a screenshot of their ID and the names of all sleepover guests prior to check in. .In case of power outage, there is a solar powered inverter and a 30 KVA standby generator. On occasions of long power outages , a schedule of generator use will be sent to guests.
