The space 🏡 Your Space The home features a bright, open floor plan that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together—whether you’re playing games, watching a movie, or enjoying a meal at the custom-built dining table. Everything is on one level (rambler-style), creating a comfortable and easy layout for couples, families, or small groups. One of the most loved aspects of the home is how walkable everything is. Guests often park once and explore on foot, with the public beach and boat launch, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, grocery store, coffee spots, and a renowned local bakery all just steps away. This walkable setting is especially enjoyable in spring and fall when Manson feels relaxed and uncrowded. Step outside to a private patio hangout with BBQ and seating for sunny afternoons. In the evenings, the space really shines—guests love gathering around the tabletop fire pit, and unwinding in the 6–8 person hot tub, which is ideal for cooler nights after lake days or wine tasting. 🌿 Easy Access & Layout Single-level living throughout the home From parking: 3 steps into the kitchen via the back door, or 1 step to the front door No interior stairs Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, patios, and hot tub area. The outdoor space includes: A privacy screen that can be lowered for a more intimate setting Festoon lighting for evening ambiance Hot tub with an easy-lift cover mechanism Guest access You will have the entire house and front and main bedroom patio areas and Hot Tub to yourself. There are a total of four parking spaces for your use. There is a small patio and cabin by the parking area that is our own personal area. Other things to note Bring your suits! The hot tub is for guests of this home only. The swimming beach is a very short walk. Bring your boat to the Manson Bay Marina just down the alley or rent a boat or PWC from Shoreline Rentals at the Marina. This is a great home base for exploring the hills and other lakes above Manson or experiencing the growing number of wineries and tasting rooms showcasing the incredible wines grown in this special region. Chelan Brewery is less than a block away. Manson Distillery just a little farther and the incredible VonHart Bakery is just steps away with fresh made treats, breads and sandwiches daily. Easy access to everything making your vacation getaway simple and enjoyable.
