Private backyard with deck, table for 6, and a Weber propane grill. Washer and dryer are available in the basement, and we keep the area stocked with good quality detergent for you to use while you are our guest. Guest access The entire home is yours with the exception of a basement storeroom. Other things to note The Five Points Market down the block is a great spot for a sandwich, some drinks, or any last-minute essentials. The house comes stocked with essentials for cooking (herbs, spices, oil, good quality knives, cutting boards, full set of posts and pans, lots of kitchen tools) and there is always coffee, tea, sugar, and some welcome treats when you arrive. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee.
