When you arrive you'll be able to park anywhere in the driveway. Or if you have any family or friends come over, they're welcome to park on the side of the road next to the property. Easy Check-in. You'll get into the home through an easy-to-use smart lock. And if you'd prefer, we also have a physical key you can access at any point in time. Just relax and catch up on all your shows. The living room has super comfortable couches, which I'm sure you'll love. A large TV with all of your favorite streaming channels, as well as some board games that will help time fly by with friends and family. We've all got to eat right?! A fully stocked kitchen with the finest stainless steel appliances will do the job. Rice cookers, spices, a Coffee maker, as well as all of the silverware you can dream of will make you enjoy cooking once and for all if you don't yet. Fun and Games! In addition to board games in the living room, there's another room next to the living room where you'll see a beautiful foosball table so that you can play all day long. Not to mention you'll also find the laundry room...you can also stay there all day long washing clothes. Super fun! Long day? The bathroom will come in handy! With one splendid full bathroom, you'll be able to take a nice warm shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and so much more! In addition, you also have a beautifully decorated half bathroom for any friends or family that come to visit you while you're here. And you can't forget about a good night's rest. With three separate rooms, in the first, you'll have a big room equipped with a king bed. In addition, you'll have a T.V. in your room so you can watch whatever you'd like. In the second there is a fabulous queen bed, also with a T.V. inside in the room. Lastly in the third, you'll find a comfortable single bed so you'll be able to have some space to yourself. To keep you extra cool there are ceiling fans in all three rooms. Need a place to keep your stuff? Walk-in closets in all three of the rooms will help you with that. Everything in and out of the whole is all yours throughout your stay. We might have a closet locked with some items for when we clean the house as well as extra inventory for new guests. The door leading to the garage will be locked as well. We are always just one text away feel free to message in if you need any help throughout your stay! The neighborhood is a very quiet and private neighborhood. It's just over a dozen houses in a small cul de sac. It's a safe neighborhood with a few retired Notre Dame teachers, engineers, and nurses. The neighborhood was designed and developed by an architect teacher who taught at Notre Dame. Most of the neighbors are retired, and only two properties have been sold in the neighborhood for the past 15 years. Feel free to park wherever you please, in the driveway or on the side of the street if you'd like. You've got some of the best, most laidback neighbors you can ask for! The garage is being used for storage so it isn't available to guests just yet. And lastly, 1) Smoking is NOT allowed.
