Welcome to this charming duplex located in the medieval city center of Laon. Former capital of the Kingdom of the Franks, this accommodation will delight you because city tours are all possible on foot. Located 150 m from the Citadel of Laon, 350 m from the 12th century Laon Cathedral which is one of the first major Gothic-style buildings. Cafes, restaurants and bakeries are less than 350 m away. The space Welcome to this exceptional setting with a beautiful living space: a living room area with a Poltrone Sofà sofa bed, a leather armchair in which to relax, a smart TV and blankets to curl up warmly. The living room is open to the high table which will allow you to eat at 4 or have a drink with friends. The kitchen is equipped, including the cooking utensils you will need as well as the basic and extra appliances (blender, toaster, ...). Separate bathrooms are available. On the upper floor of the duplex is a landing bedroom, separated from the second bedroom by a glass wall and a glass door, both of which can be hidden. In the second bedroom, a large walk-in shower with quality faucets (Grohe) will allow you to cool off under a "rain" effect. An electric towel dryer and vanity unit complete the look. Finally, a small two-seat sauna to relax after a day of sightseeing is accessible at all times since it is in the accommodation and you alone have access to it.
