But the house is constructed considering all the modern needs. This place is 10kms ahead of Kufri, having lush green valleys. Weather is rainy and smoggy mostly these days(Jun-Sep), and sometimes sunny as well. From October till December, it is going to be mostly sunny, clear weather but temperature drops till 3-4 degrees at night or early morning time, and highest is around 14-16 degrees. This is a village area. We have home cooked vegetarian food only, and pure dairy products. Temperature is mostly between 4-22 deg cel. This is our home, we are a family of 3-5 people and we stay on the first floor and we have kept the ground floor for guests only, but the kitchen and 3 washrooms out of 4 are in the common area. So, specifically 2 bedrooms, one with attached western washroom is dedicatedly for guests only. Also, to reach to the property there is a walking distance of 100-200 meters from the road or parking place, but the trail is typical hilly unmetalled pathway and is quite steep also, 'kacha rasta'.
