Laundry is in the bathroom with washer and dryer, including washing powder, airer and clothesline outside. Separate workspace in the hall area off the bedrooms with desk, chair and file cabinet. Dining room seating for 8 and outside entertaining seating for 8 plus BBQ The house is on a 440sqm block with front and rear yards separately fenced to be kid and pet friendly. Location is on a quiet dead end street, making it one of the most peaceful streets in the area, with beautiful morning sun to the front porch. Off street parking available and plenty of on street parking for larger groups. Guest access Entire house, plus front and back fenced yards available for guest use. No shed or container access available. Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome, please clean up after your pets and be prepared to cover any damage costs including excessive hair through beds or lounge, damage to gardens etc. Please don't leave pets unattended unless crated and quiet.
