AURUM PREMIUM SPA UNIA RESIDENCE is a high-class apartment that is a perfect combination of a home and a hotel in the center of Lublin. It is the only such investment in Lublin with a swimming pool, sauna and gym on site. There is a private free parking space in the underground garage. The air-conditioned apartment has a living room connected to a kitchenette and an exit to a furnished balcony, bedroom and bathroom. Guests have access to two TVs and free internet. Near the property, only 450 meters away, there is also the Plaza Shopping Center The apartment is located 12 minutes on foot (1.4 km) from the charming Old Town full of narrow streets, restaurants and bars, and 7 minutes (1 km) from Litewski Square and the Lublin promenade. Nearby are the Maria Curie Skłodowska University (600 meters) and the Catholic University of Lublin (270 meters). Airport 11 km. Aqua Lublin 2.2 km. Open-air museum 3.3 km. Majdanek 5.8 km. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION The SPA and fitness pool will be unavailable until 30.07.2025 We do not agree to organize any type of social gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties and other loud parties in our apartments. This is due to the care of the highest standard of the apartment and the peace of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am, guests who don't follow this rule may be asked to leave the apartment. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to have social events!!!
