AURUM PREMIUM SPA UNIA RESIDENCE is a high-class apartment that is a perfect combination of home and hotel in the center of Lublin. It is the only such investment in Lublin with a swimming pool, sauna and gym on site. There is a private free parking space in the underground garage. The air-conditioned apartment has a living room connected to a kitchenette and an exit to a furnished balcony, bedroom and bathroom. There are two TVs and free internet access. The space In the vicinity of the apartment (visible from the window of the glazed bedroom) there is the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures and just opposite the building there is the extensive Saxon Park. In the building there is a restaurant offering Italian cuisine WŁOSKA SZTUKA and a Żabka store, a beauty salon. Near the property, only 450 meters away, there is also the Plaza Shopping Center The apartment is located 12 minutes on foot (1.4 km) from the charming Old Town full of narrow streets, restaurants and bars, and 7 minutes (1 km) from Litewski Square and the Lublin promenade. Nearby are the Maria Curie Skłodowska University (600 meters) and the Catholic University of Lublin (270 meters). Airport 11 km. Aqua Lublin 2.2 km. Open-air museum 3.3 km. Majdanek 5.8 km. Perła Brewery 1.7 km. Stary Theater 1.6 km. Zemborzycki Reservoir 9.3 km. We recommend a bike trip around the lagoon, or kayaking from Prawiednik (14.5 km) + it is worth visiting "Bar pod pstrągiem" - delicious trout:):):). Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION The SPA and fitness pool will be unavailable until 07/30/2025. We do not consent to the organization of any kind of social gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other loud events in our apartments. This is due to the care for the highest standard of the apartment and the peace of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., guests who do not comply with this rule may be asked to leave the apartment. Hosting social events is completely PROHIBITED!!!
