It is 300 meters from the blue flag Kadıkalesi beach. You can easily walk to the sea from the house. The site where the villa is located is one of the elite sites of Turgutreis with security and maintenance. The common pool of the site is semi-olympic, constantly maintained and generally very calm and ready for your use. Our house is a fully detached two-storey house with two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a common WC, an American open kitchen, a large living room, a terrace with a 180-degree view of the Aegean Sea and the islands, and a well-maintained garden and balcony. You can watch the uninterrupted sea view from every point of the house, even from your bed. Our garden is landscaped by a private gardener. Fruit trees, bougainvilleas, grasses are prepared for you to live in peace at all times. There is every equipment you need in your kitchen, refrigerator, oven and microwave. You can enjoy pita, olive oil dishes on the beach and raki and fish at the famous Yalı Fish Restaurant. You can reach Bodrum center, Turgutreis and Gümüşlük entertainment centers by buses and minibuses departing from the front of the site. Guest access Our guests can use the two bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs, the en-suite bathroom, the indoor panoramic balcony, the shared toilet at the entrance, the open kitchen and the living room. They can also use the open-view seating area in front of the house, the terrace with a dining table and the garden surrounding the house. Other things to note As you can see from the view, our house is a little higher than the sea. We have a beach road that a healthy person can walk up and down and a pool that can be accessed by stairs.
