House Akrothea is a spacious apartment on the first floor, located on the edge of the quiet neighbourhood of Kallirachi Village, Thassos and only 2.5km from the nearest beach, Skala Kallirachis. It has an open terrace over looking the garden area, surrounded by nature, sweeping views of the mountains and incredible Aegean Sea views!! The village square is a short 5 minutes walk away, with a supermarket, cafes and local amenities. The house sits behind the elementary school of KalIirachi. The space Guests occupy the whole apartment and can accommodate 6 people (or 4 adults plus 2 children). It consists of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - x1 Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 - x1 Queen size bed, includes also x1 sofa bed suitable for a young child or small adult. Main Living area x1 double sofa bed x1 King single sofa bed Built in robes in both bedrooms with drawers, towels, pillows, bed linen. Furnished living/dining area is equipped with HD 38" TV, WiFi, dining table, sofa beds & chairs, split system refrigerated air conditioner. Full bathroom in the apartment with shower, toilet and wash basin. Another full bathroom on the ground floor that also includes a washing machine with laundry items. Fully equipped kitchen providing guests with amenities including: Dishwasher Electric oven + electric stove top Refrigerator Electric kettle Tea Pot with tea leaves Coffee Machine for filtered coffee Toaster/sandwich maker Pantry & cupboards/drawers stocked with plenty of cutlery & utensils, various cooking items. Guest access Guests can use all of the outdoor garden areas!! It has free on-site parking available for guests and a private gated entrance to the house with a short flight of steps to access the apartment. There is a barbecue for grilling, outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrellas with sun lounges! Guests can also use the outdoor shower, plus a second bathroom and private laundry facilities, including all outdoor areas leading from the terrace!! Other things to note Manolis & Nelie your hosts are Greek Australian by nationality and speak both fluent Greek & English. The hosts are available for guests only when requested and are happy to assist by telephone, text, in person or as required. They reside on the top floor of the house and we highly value the privacy of all our guests 100% of the time. It is a condition at this stage we do not usually accommodate pets at the property.
