Super cozy apartment walking distance to downtown

This apartment is located on the second floor and is one of three Airbnbs offered. The main room is spacious with a luxurious queen bed, dining table/chairs and a 55” smart tv. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal prep or a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa. The pantry is nicely furnished. Our garden is open for enjoyment with lodge pole rocking chairs, fire pit and table for outdoor dining. The space In addition to the apartment, we have a fully fenced garden area that offers outdoor dining with a bbq, fire pit and lodge pole rocking chairs for listening to the birds or reading a book. Our home is a multi-family Victorian with lots of charm known as Welles Manor. We have three separate AirBnB apartments. We live on property and communicate through the Airbnb app. Guest access Enjoy the garden area. You may see one of our friendly dogs that are always accompanied by their owners. Other things to note We post our house rules in each unit. Other than respecting each of our tenants we ask that you obey our 10:00 pm to 9:00 am quiet time.
