Welcome to our Beautiful 3 BR Historic Penthouse located in the Bogota historical district / La Candelaria. All rooms have unique decoration and splendid views to the mountains + tiled ceilings of neighboring colonial houses. The penthouse has a super cozy living room with fireplace, 55" and 43" Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, very two comfortable Queen size beds and a Single bed with orthopedic mattresses. The ideal base to explore this amazing neighborhood! The space We have a very cozy living and dining area with a gorgeous view of the mountains and tiled ceilings of La Candelaria Colonial homes. The dining area is in the form of a bar and also doubles as a work area with convenient access to power outlets. In the living room you'll also find 55" smart TV connected to highspeed internet so you can login to your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials and there are plenty of small + big supermarkets around to stock it out and cook to your desire. We have three bedrooms appointed with high thread count cotton linen and super comfy orthopedic mattresses to ensure a good night sleep :) We have two Queen beds and a Single bed **(if you plan on using the single bed, please let us know in advance -latest by 4 pm on your arrival day- so we can set it up, if not, it'll be set up as a reading mattress and be set up as a bed on the next day)** Our bathrooms are tastefully designed and we have a large Bosch water heater to ensure satisfying steamy showers! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Colombian law requires all accommodations to register their guests in the TRA and SIRE systems, just like hotels do. To comply with this regulation and with the building’s security protocols, we use Hospy, an external and secure platform that processes this information in accordance with data protection laws. After booking, we will send you a link that will take you outside of Airbnb to the platform we use (HOSPY) to complete this registration and accept the apartment rules.
