Enjoy the invigorating waterfall shower with excellent water pressure, and control the zonal forced air furnace/AC for year-round comfort. Our well-equipped kitchenette includes hot plates, an air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and all essentials, from a salad spinner to wine glasses and even an ice cream scoop for late-night treats. Guest access This guest apartment is a private, self-contained space on the lowest level of our home with its own entrance. Each guest stay receives a unique code for keyless entry, making self-check-in easy and flexible. We love greeting our guests personally and sharing a few insider tips when requested. To access the unit, you’ll go up 4 concrete steps from the sidewalk and then down 7 steps into the living area. Feel free to enjoy our spacious front porch anytime—it’s equipped with a porch swing, dining table, and seating areas, offering a cozy spot to relax and take in the neighborhood vibe.
