Our family home consists of two floors with separate entrances. You will stay on the top floor of 120 m and you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, garden and pool that will be exclusive to you. Ideal to rest and disconnect. Located in the Maresme 5 minutes from the beach, 22 km from Barcelona, 30 km from the circuit of Montmeló. You have BTT, hiking, horse riding, golf courses and we have the Poma BikePark-Skatepark considered the best in Europe. The space The house, with four sides facing different directions, has two floors with completely independent access. You will occupy the upper floor, which has an open-plan area of 120 square meters, and you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the garden. The house sits on a 1,200 square meter plot and has a 3x6 meter swimming pool that is open in summer and a barbecue that guests will have priority use of. All the rooms are very bright and have plenty of natural light. The entire accommodation has air conditioning/heating and is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. Ideal for a vacation, and if you have to telework, you have a work area with a desk and a view. Located in the town of Premiá de Dalt, you will have access to restaurants and grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. The beach is a few minutes away by car or local bus, and the forest is just a few steps away. It is important to note that smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, you may not invite or host people who are not registered, parties are strictly prohibited on this property, as is taking photos or videos for commercial purposes, and people under 21 years of age are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will incur a minimum replacement/administrative cost of €40. According to Decree-Law 2/2026 of March 6 on the tax regulation of stays in tourist establishments, a tourist tax of €1.75 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, must be charged to all persons over 16 years of age. This amount will be charged in cash directly upon your arrival. Please note that it is mandatory for our check-in procedure that all guests identify themselves by showing their passport upon arrival. Check-in must be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need to enter earlier or later, you must let me know to see if it is possible, and there will be an additional charge of €40, which will be paid in cash directly upon your arrival.
