The space Fully-furnished 3-level townhouse with a main level that features an open concept living room with sweeping open stairs, a dining room, well appointed kitchen with adjoining finished deck with outdoor seating for your morning coffee and a powder room. 2 master bedrooms on the upper level with ensuite full bathrooms and tons of closet space. The lower level is a fully finished basement suite with a bedroom, private full bath, a separate laundry room and dedicate office space with french doors that open to a fenced and tranquil backyard. We have a security camera at the exterior front door. We allow a maximum of ONE pet (cat or dog) must be maximum of 55 lbs. Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the home and its amenities Other things to note Require upload of valid ID for adult guests within 24 hours of booking. Guests are required to sign a monthly lease agreement and a security deposit is required. A $10 nightly additional guest fee is required for the 5th and 6th occupant. This property hosts a maximum of 6 occupants. Monthly cleaning fee is charged for all stays exceeding 28 days. Reserved free on-premises parking is available for up to 2 cars. We allow a maximum of ONE pet (cat or dog) must be maximum of 50 lbs and documentation required. For stays longer than 28 days, guests are responsible for electricity and water bills. These utilities must either be transferred to the guest’s name prior to move-in, or guests may choose to pay a $1,500 utility deposit upfront. Utility charges will be deducted from this deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded after the utility provider issues the final bill for the stay. Guests will receive a copy of the utility company’s payment confirmation as proof of payment.
