The space This charming home offers a large, cozy living room with fireplace and a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people. Enjoy a pleasant terrace with stunning views of the mountains, perfect for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and much more, to meet all your culinary needs. You will find 4 large comfortable bedrooms with double beds of 160x200, as well as a 5th bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds, offering a total of 6 beds of 90x190. For your comfort, the house also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as a large secure garage, ideal for storing your bikes or ski equipment (skis, boots, sleds, etc.)Dry wood is also stored there. You can park your vehicles in the cul-de-sac, in front of the house. Note: A small independent T2 accommodation is located on the ground floor. Access to this accommodation is via the common gate and the garden. It has its own entrance. Its occupants benefit from a dedicated, unfenced outdoor space, located at the front of the house, opposite the covered terrace (your animals cannot be left loose in the garden.)
