Thanks for looking at Le Abode! Le Abode offers the best of both worlds - a residential neighborhood and a short drive (10-15 minutes) to the airport, UT campus, town lake, downtown, Domain, Riata Corporate Park, SoCo, Riverside, Eastside...you name it! Le Abode is the perfect destination for resting and rejuvenating for the remote worker, festival goer, F1 enthusiast, Longhorn fanatic (or rival!), trail hiker, aquatic adventurer and ATX foodie. The space Le Abode is a 2-story residence with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Le Abode sleeps up to 6 people. The primary room and one of the two guest rooms have queen beds and the other guest room has a full size bed (pull out couch + memory foam layer). In the front of Le Abode is a garage that fits one car and a driveway that fits one car. Street parking is also available nearby. In the back of the house is a patio deck with lounging furniture and a small backyard with space enough for a fun game of cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking, baking, eating and cleaning utensils. The fridge and pantry are available for food storage. Also included in the kitchen is an oven, microwave and coffee maker. Le Abode includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a steamer. All of Le Abode is surfaced with hard wood or tile flooring. Roller shades are installed for privacy all throughout Le Abode and blackout curtains are included in each bedroom. There is a security camera located outside that overlooks the garage and driveway and another one outside that monitors the entrance. No smoking or illicit activity is permitted at Le Abode. No parties are allowed at Le Abode. No pets are allowed at Le Abode. Quiet time lasts from 10pm to 6am. Please feel free to message me about any inquiries regarding a stay at Le Abode! Guest access Entire residential unit. Other things to note When Le Abode is not in service as an Airbnb destination, my corgi does spend his time roaming the corners of Le Abode. With that said, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and prepped prior to each reservation, but if you have dog allergies, please be advised. As a reminder, to prevent safety issues, no animals are allowed on premises.
