Modern tiny-house close to centre and archipelago

Modern tiny-house (30m2) with attic with queen size bed plus a sofa possible to sleep in (not a bed-sofa). High standard: micro, oven, stove, fridge, freezer comp. No washing machine or dishwasher. NOTE- guests must clean house themselves at checkout, read instructions carefully. Garden is sometimes shared with host, but guests have own spot. P-lot included, but must be informed to host prior to arrival. Close to grocery store and tram which takes you to city (17min) and archipelago (7 mins)
