The apartment is a lovely 900 sqf, located in one of the most chic areas of Toronto, in Yorkville,. Close to ROM, Gardiner Museum, Rosedale and Ramsden Park. The area is full of restaurants, shops and cafes, but it's also a very quiet place, away from the city center chaos. The apartment is perfect to host individuals or couples both for leisure or working holidays. The space The unit is located on the second floor of a three-story apartment building on a quiet residential street. The unit is fully furnished and is well equipped for both short and long stays. Enjoy Fall evenings eating dinner on the patio. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, cookware, cutlery and other cooking essentials. Feel free to steal some spices from our spike drawer. We want this place to feel like your home away from home so you can bring a friend over for dinner. That being said, this home is absolutely NOT for gatherings or parties. Any guests who host parties will be promptly asked to leave. Guest access ➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home! ➤ There is a large living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. ➤There are tenants upstairs in units below, above and across from you ➤ The front entrance hallway is shared with the other tenants. ➤ The air mattress can be used for one-off situations and can be set up in the living room. The queen-size bed in the bedroom. ➤ Self Check-in. ➤ NOTE: For long term/monthly rental stays: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
